What Do I Bring?

When you first visit our office, please bring records of your previous treatments and reports of x-rays and MRI’s taken in the last three years. Bring all your medications with you including all your pain medications and any over the counter medications you are taking. Let us know if you are taking blood thinners like Coumadin, Xarelto, or others.

What Will My 1st Visit Be Like?

The doctor will meet with you and go over your medical records and treatment history. The doctor will perform a complete physical exam. The doctor will then discuss your condition with you and will provide you with knowledge about your condition as well as therapeutic options and potential treatments. A treatment plan will then be established.
